Haotics and biocomputing application
Keywords:
chaos, synergetics, bioinformatics, algorithm of chaosAbstract
The idea of a “Combinatorial Chaotics” or Chaotic was as is well known, originally suggested by V. V. Gritsak-Groener in his pioneering article [1]. In this article we construct the model combinatorial chaotic of a collection of bioinformatics objects: a) a flows in a chaos; b) a chaos in a permutation; c) a chaos in combinatorial configurations. We also construct the computational algorithms of the problems a)-c).
