Abstract

The existence of a neural structure associated with manifestations of self-awareness makes it possible to raise the question of the possibility of detecting the connection of neural structures with the socionic information model of the psyche. An analysis of this problem leads to an understanding of the necessity of the existence of special 8 (16) neural structures that correspond to the psychological functions of C. Jung or to the functions of the information metabolism of A. Augustinaviciute. Apparently, such structures can be detected by methods of neurophysiology.
