The obtained relations are valid for MOND as well as under the “dark matter” presence, whereas in cosmology they provide to determine the time of the Universe widening acceleration beginning. These results can be used under the producing of the gravitation successive quantum theory, because the general relativity equation are yielded from the ones for the 4-dimentions quantum harmonic oscillator, whereas the space-time curvature is a partial case of the quantum vibration in the Universe physical vacuum.</p> ER -
