This process is much faster than the process of black hole evaporation by Stephen Hawking. This regime may be realized, for example, by compressing the Universe. Therefore, the compression of the Universe can not cause it to collapse into a black hole, and the Weyl conformal curvature tensor is zero at the beginning and end of the Universe's expansion. The same result is obtained in the quantum approach to the description of equalization of temperature of the black hole and the Hubble horizon of the Universe. It is shown that under the influence of relativistic plasma in a compressing Universe or under the influence high energy particle from jets of active galactic nuclei can be destructed the neutron stars also.</p> ER -
