Abstract

Ethnogenesis in the anthroposphere has been considered proceeding from the principle of observation, which proves that all occurrences and processes are represented as open, discrete and extreme. Such approach allows not only to watch the cycles of evolution as a manifestation of the deepest properties of the World, but to find its quantitative expression in the view of the constants of ethnogenesis. The scientific and practical importance of the research is that the quantitative criteria has been deduced. It allows to value the stability or instability of the conditions, which the open discrete systems pass through in its development.
