The results of research on the effects of molecular and singlet oxygen on the properties of drinking water “Morshinskaya” and “Evian” are given. The basic features of the interaction of molecular and singlet oxygen with natural drinking water are discussed. It is shown that the activation of vital processes in nature depend on the structural features of water and its compliance with the properties of bound water of life.
