A mathematical model of the human mental processes (to physics of consciousness)

It is proposed the reasoning of the human thought processes. Thet are given some mathematical models to explain them. This reasoning differs somewhat from the famous Penrouse-Hameroff theory. It is substantiated the hypothesis that the mental processes are outside the brain and are a common manifestation of resonance (quantum basis) between the fundamental space-time and the human brain (the higher nervous activity) (the radio effect). And the thought process is a consequence of this resonance.
