Social and demographic process as cosmoplanet disequilibrium
Human problems are increasing rapidly and become more complex, the problem of mankind preserving becomes global, but its social decision more and more lags behind the reality of our evolution. It is more correct to use today the reverse Anthropic Principle by Carter (“observer” determines their own conditions of existence and development, but not vice versa). The global systems (satellite monitoring of the planet, tectonic information, the development of solar energy flows), responsible global centers for technical energy flows into the noosphere of the Earth, the responsibility of governments and companies for the destruction of the biosphere and its genetics, new research on the nature of living matter and intellect are necessary.

Consciousness as information system of the human body
Starting from the observation of the binary character YES/NOT of our decisions in relation to the information received from the environment, determining both our life and specie evolution by adaptation, it is defined the info-creational field and thought as an information operator on this field, allowing to describe the individual EGO as a receiver and producer information system, based on an operational and a programmed informational subsystem. Consciousness appears thus be an integrated information system which allows the adaptation to the environment and survival of specie, supported by informed matter (physical body) to maintain functionality of the whole. On this basis, there were identified two main informational circuits of the human body controlled by the consciousness: (i) the attitude as a short-time reaction circuit allowing the immediate adaptation to the environment; (ii) the informational genetic transmission as a large-time process assuring both the evolution by the transference of the new adaptation characteristics to the next generations and the survival of the specie. Ob-serving the anti-entropic nature of the information activity mobilized to support the living structure, there were identified the anti-entropic, antigravitational and reverse temporal arrow features that the thought could access under special focusing conditions, similar to those of antimatter, explaining the paranormal capacities like premonition, psychotherapy, telekinesis and levitation, particularly the cloud dissipation, induced/supported by the mind power.

Interpretation and modeling of the phase of the dream by the mode of functioning of system with artificial intelligence
Interpretation of a phase of a dream as offline mode of information processing of live system at which there can be a phenomenon of process of dreams representing in a basis, the pulse characteristic of function of transformation of system of basis is offered. The functional model of the considered system with artificial intelligence is developed.

On the cosmological model of superconductivity (a number of problems solving)
It is a review of publications on cosmological model with superconductivity (CMS), proposed by the author. It is shown that the CMS allows to solve a number of problems of cosmology and elementary particle physics, including to explain the formation of the space-time, to get the observed density of dark energy, to explain the irreversibility of cosmological time and the origin of baryon number, to get a formula for the observed number of baryons in the Universe, to obtain the values of the masses of all known elementary particles and to explain the origin of these mass hierarchy.

The initial stage of evolution of the Universe in the cosmological model with superconductivity
It is shown that with the use of the cosmological model with superconductivity (CMS), proposed by the author, the initial stage of evolution of the Universe is described as the impact of external field or radiation on the primary condensate, decay of which with emission of energy and the expansion of the space-time volume generates the Big Bang. The existence of the primary universe in a small volume in the form of condensate explains the absence of the primary singularity and equality to zero of the Weyl curvature tensor.

Solving the problem of the cosmological constant and the origin of Dirac-Eddington large numbers
It is shown that Dirac-Eddington large numbers, connecting the macroscopic, microscopic and cosmological scale, defined by parameters of elementary particles, follow from of the cosmological model with superconductivity (CMS), proposed by the author. Thus there is no need to change the gravitational constant or other constants, as it is suggested by Dirac, because the coincidence problem is solved in the CMS.

Solution to the Dirac problem: the physical consequences
Physical consequences of the solution to the problem, formulated by P.A.M.Dirac more than 50 years ago [1-4], are discussed. According to our results on the Dirac problem, presented in [5-7], the reason for the difficulties of electrodynamics is the incompleteness of Newtonian mechanics and Maxwell's electrodynamics. Incompleteness of the theory derives from the fact that a huge class of motions of material particles, which we call the curvilinear motions by inertia (CMI), dropped out of the field of view of the conventional approach. In the conventional formulation of the theory, some restrictions (bans) are imposed on the motions of particles, which are not consistent with the basic laws of nature - the laws of dialectics and do not follow from experimental data. These restrictions have played in physics a role of heavy chains that have led physics, to a great extent, to the current crisis.
The CMI (curvilinear motions by inertia) are natural generalizations of the inertial motions, defined by the Galilee inertia principle, to the case of motions along curved paths. These motions fell out of the field of view of Newtonian scheme of mechanics because of motion restrictions used in the scheme. On the particle, moving by inertia with acceleration, a force acts (we call it the inertia force) which in contrast to the Newtonian inertial force does not depend on the external force acting on particle on the part of its environment. Because the accelerated motions of particles can be not only the forced motions caused by an external force but also the inertial motions, the interaction force between the particles does not obey the Coulomb law. For this reason, the equations of motion of electromagnetic field significantly differ from the Maxwell equations.
On the basis of the CMI of classical particle and without using the hypothesis of the existence of electrical charges that create the Coulomb field, the electromagnetic field equations are obtained. Classical particles moving along a curved path by inertia are shown to generate the induced electric and magnetic charges. Their peculiarity consists in that they are not localized on the particle generating electromagnetic field, but are distributed, «smeared» in the region of space in which the particle moves with acceleration by inertia.
Contrary to generally accepted ideas, the laws of Newton underlying the classical mechanics are applicable only to macroscopic bodies, which are subject to the condition that the force field generated by body has the properties of an external field. Due to the existence of the CMI, the individual particles do not satisfy this condition. For this reason, their behavior can not be described by the Newton laws. In particular, contrary to the second Newton’s law, the individual particles can move by inertia with acceleration in the absence of external force.
It follows from the results obtained that there exists a qualitatively new model of atom in which the bound state of classical particles is ensured by inertial forces acting on the particles moving by inertia with acceleration rather than by the Coulomb forces.
The mechanism of formation of bound state of two particles due to the curvilinear motion of particles by inertia explains the phenomenon of cold nuclear fusion (CNF), which can not be explained within the framework of standard theory because of its incompleteness.
Solution of the Dirac problem based on the CMI can be a turning point in the development of physics. Removing unjustified restrictions on the motion and practical mastering the CMI will give a powerful impetus to the development of science and technology, leading to the construction of a new physical picture of the world and the creation of qualitatively new technologies in the field of energy, transport, communications.

About survivability of the myths surrounding “Causal Mechanics” by N.A. Kozyrev
The analysis of “Causal mechanics” by N.A. Kozyrev as possible theory of time and corresponding “experiments” with time is given. Discrepancy of axioms of the theory and unsubstantiality of the drawn conclusions is shown. The incorrectness experimentally of base is shown. Need of counteraction to the reviving popularity of the pseudoscientific theory of N.A. Kozyrev “Causal mechanics” is noted.
