A brief proof of effect of disappearance or "melting" of black holes in the compressing Universe

In the oscillating Universe in the compression phase the reduction of the causal Hubble horizon cH-1 leads to a decrease and disappearance of black holes with gravitational radius Rg>cH-1 because gravitationally associated object cannot exist on as holistic physical object, if it is larger than the radius of the relativistic causality. The universe can move to compression mode, for example, in the decay of modern dark energy or vacuum to gravitating matter and radiation.

The entropy of black holes and the information in the Universe

It is shown that the entropy as the horizon of the black hole as well as the cosmological horizon is a quantized action, and Planck's constant h is, as in quantum mechanics, quantization unit. This approach makes possible to record the wave function and the wave equation for a black hole. It also gives the opportunity to compare the entropy of a black hole and the observed angular momentum of various space objects: neutron stars, planetary systems, galaxies in units of Planck action h, or elementary spin - a quantum bit h/2, as the amount of information in the galaxy and in the Universe as a whole. Then the entropy of a black hole in units of action is minor compared to the information provided by the angular momentum and spin of cosmic bodies, neutron stars, planetary systems and galaxies. Therefore, the amount of information associated with the rotational motion of space objects in the Universe is many orders greater than the total amount of entropy supermassive black holes.

A generalized equivalence principle: gravity, anti-gravity and inertia

It is shown that for an external observer quantum thermal radiation of the detector, accelerated or rotating in Minkowski space, fully equivalent to the radiation of detector, which moves in anti-gravitational vacuum, and quantum thermodynamics of the detector with a negative acceleration is completely similar to the thermodynamics of black holes (Hawking effect). This difference of quantum effects leads to the need of differentiated formulations of quantum nonlocality principle of the equivalence, in relation to which the local Einstein equivalence principle is a macroscopic classical approximation. It is shown that the inertial forces can be described as a quantum reaction of vacuum. The formula for determining the amount of information that corresponds to a rotating physical space bodies and objects, and compensates the gravitational entropy of black hole sis proposed.

Water life

Properties of water are considered from the various points of view. It is offered to apply the system approach at water studying. The structure of water and evolution of its properties are described. The water role in biological systems, influence of its structure and a composition on vital activity of live organisms are analyzed. Influence of magnetic fields on water is considered. Principles of activation of water in Zaporozhye profilactic-helth centre "Health" are described. Experimental researches show high biogene and helthing qualities of this water.

Computation of alternative conditions for social orderings - optimal democratic decision

In this paper we study the stationary damped transitive processes. The main application area is the structure of social relations. A society, regarded as a category, according to certain rules is that characterize the population of citizens with the same interests or political preferences. This article was intended as to motivate of decision making for conditions for social orderings. We can be deduced by recognizing that a best social orderings is democracy. The definition of democracy is one of the most controversial matters in the field of the sciences. So that even an introduction to the topic could form the subject of our articles. Also we study algorithms of alternative conditions for social orderings.

On the reasons and features of the current of time in pseudoeuclidean spaces

Theoretical bases of the Temporology, connected with a substantiation of the reasons of occurrence of a phenomenon of a current of time are considered. Features of a current of time in flat pseudoeuclidean spaces are investigated. Connection of the offered approach with a problem baryon asymmetry of the Universe is shown. Possibility of existence within the limits of the offered model invisible objects which can be interpreted as clots of "a dark matter” is proved.
