The Energy-Information Exchange in Nature

The paper contains the attempt to present the scientific view for the possibilities of theoretical existence and experimental registration of so-called "subtle world" - the world of consciousness and informative fields - and its various phenomena. The interactions between Science and Religion and their development during the transition to postindustrial society are reviewed historically. The exposition has been made taking into account the conceptions of synergetic by using of basic ideas and without bulky mathematical tools. Special attention has been spared to the results of experimental investigations performed since 1979 in The Center of Energy-Information Exchange of SPbSIPMO (TU) under the guidness of the author.

The theoretical formulae for calculation of the gravitational constant and Planck units

The theoretical formulae for calculation of gravitational constant G and Planck mass, length and time are obtained. From formulae it follows, that the Planck mass is only invariant mass (or rest mass) of the Planck elementary particle. The energy of this particle increases with velocity according to special relativity. Planck length and time change with velocity too.

Geons, black holes and fundamental Planck lenght

The 1019GeV energy photons are able to form the Planck mass geons, wich are the microscopic black holes, i.e. the limit of the space-time processes observation. The photon geons introduction provides to eliminate the problem of the ultraviolet divergences in the quantum field theory.

The quasars allocation in the Universe and cosmological models

The database of 23760 quasars was used for investigation, in which the two angular coordinates (θ, φ) and the redshift of radiation spectrum (z) for each quasar are submitted. The distance up to quasars was determined by the new formula r = R0ln(1+z), obtained from property of diminution of frequency of electromagnetic waves under their energy dissipation in the ether. As a result of investigations the earlier unknown regularity in quasars allocation was found. It proves that the quasars are grouped in thin walls of meshes with the medial size about 50-100 megaparsecs which fill homogeneously the whole apparent part of the Universe like a foam. The obtained results are coordinated with allocation of galaxies and the new stationary model of the Universe designed earlier by one of the co-authors.

The fractal regularities in the microcosm physics

The fractal regularities in the microcosm physics are investigated. The fractals, pecular for the elementary particles inside structure are shown. For the proton and neutron inside structure, it is found the new type fractal, which is the base for the mentioned particles fractal formulae derivation. The confirmation of the fractal approach correction in respect to the elementary particles is the fact that the proton fractal usage provides to explain the essence of its mass, which equals to 1836.15 of electron masses. The new microcosm fractals are unique and do not concern to the known fractal structures. There are the arguments to suppose that the proton fractal refers to the natural structures base, what gives the way for the discovery of the fundamental genetics code of the matter structure in the Universe.

The consciousness and physical reality

It is shown that the Newton-Cartesian paradigm, accepted in the life sciences, does not correspond to the modern physical conceptions of reality. It is carried out the analysis of the reliable facts; refer to the telepathy, foreseeing, and psychological visions. It is proposed the world picture, correspondent to the modern physical conceptions and including the consciousness phenomenon.
